Collection: Famille Perronneau

The Perronneau family has kept bees in Burgundy since 1890. From the honey farm outside Dijon, the fourth and fifth generations move their hives across France so the bees work one bloom at a time, and every honey is analysed before it is jarred. We carry two: the pale, slow-to-crystallise acacia and the gently perfumed lavender.
