Strawberry Jam Fool with Crème Fraîche

A cloud of softly whipped cream and crème fraîche marbled with wild strawberry jam. The recipe is written to keep the featured pantry ingredient precise and recognizable rather than overwhelming the plate.

Method

1. Whip cream, crème fraîche, sugar and vanilla to soft peaks.
2. Fold in the jam only two or three times to marble it.
3. Spoon into glasses and chill briefly.
