Collection: L’Épicurien

L’Épicurien began in 1982 in the back room of a Paris delicatessen and has cooked in Le Bosc, near Montpellier, since the late 1980s: small batches, open cauldrons, French producers first. Still a family house, run by the founder’s nephews. We carry the flower confits — violet, jasmine, lavender — and two mustards, lemon-thyme and Périgord truffle.
