The Cipriani story

In 1931, Giuseppe Cipriani opened a tiny bar on a Venice side street — Harry's Bar. It became a legend: the birthplace of the Bellini and of carpaccio, and the home table of writers, artists, and generations of devoted regulars. The family still runs it today, and this is the same pasta served in every Cipriani restaurant around the world — made slowly, the Venetian way.
