That standard stayed with me. Since then, I’ve been searching for an oil that carries that same energy—bold, bright, and unapologetically fresh. The kind you drizzle over toast, eggs, pasta, or grilled vegetables. The kind that needs nothing more than cracked black pepper… perhaps a glass of wine.

This oil comes from a multi-generational farm in Ojai, California—one that works with nature, not against it. No herbicides, no pesticides. Just disciplined permaculture, hand-harvesting, and immediate cold-pressing to protect flavor, antioxidants, and exceptional polyphenol levels (380 mg/kg). The blend is crafted from olives grown on trees over 150 years old, resulting in a deeply green, peppery oil balanced by delicate fruit notes.
