About Cipriani
Giuseppe Cipriani opened Harry’s Bar in Venice in 1931 and gave the world the Bellini there in 1948. The family’s food line brings that table home, and Sansovina is its tomato sauce: 94% organic tomato with onion, carrot and basil, cooked with extra virgin olive oil and sea salt, nothing else. It is the sauce for the tagliarelle when there is no time to make one.
