Organic Basil Pesto — $65. The same 250 g pasta with one 180 g jar of organic basil pesto. Fragrant basil, pine nuts and a touch of lemon; made without garlic or cheese.

A little of Venice, brought to the table.
On May 13, 1931, Giuseppe Cipriani opened Harry’s Bar in Venice. Its intimate rooms became a meeting place for writers, artists and travelers, including Ernest Hemingway and Peggy Guggenheim. That heritage of attentive hospitality lives on in the Cipriani name. We chose this pairing for the pleasure of bringing a small part of that story home.

The pasta cooks in approximately 3 minutes; follow the packet and taste as you go. Warm the tomato sauce gently before tossing. For pesto, loosen with a little pasta water and fold through the cooked pasta off the heat. Allow roughly 2 generous main-course portions or 3–4 smaller first courses.
