The Karoto Vegetable Peeler & Curler by Monkey Business brings an unexpected detail to everyday preparation. Shaped like an oversized pencil sharpener, it pairs a straight peeling blade with a separate curling blade for turning carrots, zucchini and cucumbers into ribbons and decorative curls.

Choose Yellow, Red or Green—each color has the same two-blade design. Sold individually.

Why we chose it

Peel, sharpen & curl

• Peel: draw the straight peeling blade along the vegetable to remove the skin or create ribbons.
• Curl: insert a suitably sized vegetable into the sharpener-style opening and turn it to create decorative curls.
• Serve: add to salads, crudités, sandwiches and vegetable garnishes.
