About the Bellini
Giuseppe Cipriani created the Bellini at Harry’s Bar in Venice in 1948: white peach purée and prosecco, named for the pink light in the painter’s canvases. This is the family’s alcohol-free version, made in Italy with 15% white peach purée and a gentle sparkle, in 180 ml bottles that pour two small glasses each.

Water, white peach purée (15%), sugar, carbon dioxide, flavorings, citric acid (acidifier), E1450 (stabilizer), ascorbic acid (antioxidant), potassium sorbate (preservative), beta carotene / E160a (color).

Is it a mocktail or a mixer? Both. Chilled, it is a finished drink; topped with prosecco it becomes a Bellini in seconds.
