Collection: Les Terres Blanches

France, founded in 2018. Sonia Fanger created Les Terres Blanches after a journey in Morocco, where discovering salt works in the Atlas Mountains turned a long-standing interest in fleur de sel, spices and design into a house of its own. The name refers to the white landscapes left by salt, while the ceramic vessels turn an ingredient normally hidden in the pantry into something meant to remain on the table.

The collection is built around finishing salts chosen for place and character, including classic French fleur de sel as well as salts from elsewhere in the Mediterranean. The point is not salt as decoration; it is salt as the last ingredient—the crystal you add when its texture and aroma can still be noticed.
