1952
René and Jocelyne Walther began cooking fruit from the orchards near Paris. Their family’s jam-making tradition grew around copper cauldrons and a respect for the French table.

The family’s beekeeping roots reach back to the Auxois in Burgundy. Acacia and lavender offer two distinct expressions of honey, from delicate and light to softly floral.

A fine-food shop in Saint-Mandé began the story. Its makers later settled in the south of France, building a family business around inventive flavors and the pleasure of sharing good food.

Warm brioche, strawberry preserve and good butter. Blueberry stirred into yogurt. Acacia honey for a cup of tea.
Fig with Brie. Apple–pear–walnut beside an aged cheese. Lavender honey over chèvre, with truffle mustard for the charcuterie.
Whisk lemon–thyme mustard into a vinaigrette for warm vegetables. Stir a little truffle mustard into a creamy pan sauce. Set out the good plates.
