Three houses. A tradition of good taste.
Maison Andrésy traces its family jam-making story to 1952, when René and Jocelyne Walther cooked fruit from the orchards around their home near Paris. Famille Perronneau traces its beekeeping roots to 1890. L’Épicurien’s story began with a fine-food shop in Saint-Mandé in 1982, before its makers settled in the south of France.
Lello brings these three houses together for the way we like to live: a generous breakfast, an impromptu cheese board, and a supper that ends a little later than planned.
From the first toast to the last course.
-
A slow morning: brioche with strawberry preserve, yogurt with blueberry, and a little acacia honey in tea.
-
The cheese hour: fig with Brie, apple–pear–walnut with aged cheese, lavender honey with chèvre, and truffle mustard beside charcuterie.
-
A supper at home: whisk lemon–thyme mustard into a vinaigrette, or stir truffle mustard into a pan sauce.
Bread, cheese, tea and other serving accompaniments are suggestions, not included.
